Offhand, I’d say you’re going to die.

Something that always bothered me about Anakin.

He slaughters an entire village of Sand People:  women, children, all of them.  In retaliation for the death of his mother at the hands of a Sand Person.  Sand People killed his mother, he kills all of them regardless of whether THEY were the ones who killed his mother.

Someone with sense might see this as a problem.

But LOL NOPE let’s make him a Jedi ANYWAYS

And then once he’s a Jedi, he does THIS shit… he slaughters a bunch of children who are someday going to be Jedi, in addition to pretty much killing every single fucking Jedi but himself.

AGAIN, SOMETHING THAT PROBABLY A NICE PERSON WOULD NOT DO.

And yet… he was redeemed and his spirit living on in Jedi Spirit Happy Good Times Afterlife… simply because he killed the Emperor and saved his son’s life?

That’s all it takes?  Saving one Jedi, and you get to go back into the Jedi afterlife with all of the Jedi you killed who apparently forgive you for all your inhumane acts against entire groups of sentient beings because your poor widdle white soul was tortured?

Yeah I dunno that just seems like kind of a bad message to send.

I guess I can just file this rant under Reasons I Am Really Not Into Star Wars Anymore.

Darth Vader killed the Younglings and betrayed the Jedi, not Anakin, just like it was Anakin who was redeemed, not Vader.

Boom.
